We operate through two main divisions: the Hospital Division, which specializes in innovative healthcare models such as micro-hospitals and hospital outpatient departments, and the Population Health Management Division. Our Hospital Division owns and operates over 20 facilities across 10 states, focusing on delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.

We seek an organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team.

As a Financial Analyst at Nutex Health, you will be crucial in guiding our financial operations. You will assist in financial planning, budgeting processes, and analyses of financial statements and reports. Your contributions will be vital in supporting project teams and ensuring the economic health of our operations. This position requires someone with a solid background in finance, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze, record, and correct intercompany transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Record customer invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Perform quarterly inventory assessments and recording activities.
  • Conduct a 1099 annual analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Understand and analyze key business drivers to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support project teams by providing financial guidance and insights as needed.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for senior and mid-management to aid in decision-making.
  • Conduct research and analysis as required to support various financial initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Proven ability to present financial information understandably to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with Workday is a plus but not required.
