We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations for our restaurant organization. Based in Dallas, TX, the CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, with a focus on maximizing profitability in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Responsibilities include collaborating with restaurant leadership to optimize cost structures, manage financial risks, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and streamline operations. The CFO will manage financial statements, external relationships with auditors and banks, and evaluate investment opportunities for expansion in the hospitality sector, all while leading the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
7+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with a focus on multi-unit restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
