We are conducting a HIGH PRIORITY search for an extremely successful and established, commercial landscape construction company in Phoenix. We are searching for an experienced commercial Construction Project Estimator. This is a full time, permanent, direct hire W2 salaried position.
Just a few of the things you will handle in this position are:
Preparing cost estimates to bid on large commercial landscape and amenity projects.
Preparing and maintaining bid schedules and track project award hit ratios, relaying information to management.
Analyzing specifications and technical documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor required to manufacture/install a product or provide a service.
Managing outsourcing and/or performing, gathering, calculating, and verifying take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates.
