This opportunity is with a PE backed consumer services organization in the Greater Atlanta area. As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the organization's financial future. Working closely with the CFO and executive team, you will take the lead on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as driving mergers and acquisitions (M&A) efforts, directly influencing the company's expansion through strategic growth.
What you'll be doing:
Design and manage financial planning processes, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Develop advanced financial models to support critical decision-making.
Provide guidance to senior leadership on financial strategies, assess investment opportunities, oversee accounting initiatives, and improve cash flow management.
Manage an active M&A portfolio, handling due diligence, structuring deals, and planning integrations to drive growth through acquisitions.
What they're looking for:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in FP&A, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
Strong expertise in financial modelling and hands-on experience with M&A transactions.
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-moving, evolving environment while handling multiple high-priority projects.
Nice to have (plus):
