Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements to the board and executive team, providing insights and recommendations.
Audit Coordination: Assist in the preparation for and coordination of annual audits and financial reviews.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and financial performance, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Team Leadership: Supervise the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary financial liaison for donors, funders, and external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
