Job Title: Business Execution Consultant (RCSA)
Location: Charlotte, Dallas, Minneapolis, San Antonio and Des Moines
Hours: Standard Schedule, Mon-Fri
Duration: 3-Month Contract (extensions possible)
Interview: In Person
Pay Rate: $60-$70/hr (DOE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be supporting the remediation of 3 very high priority matters through oversight of data defect remediations
Reviewing defects, their descriptions, root causes, actions taken to remediate, and thoroughly questioning and reviewing evidence to ensure the defect has been fixed
Providing oversight of the front-line remediation of its data defects
Coordinate RCSA evaluations of risks and controls while conveying a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Execute on RCSA methodology and deliverables with demonstrated, proven results
Interact internally with the team to support identification, management and mitigation of business-specific risk programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong risk management skills - understanding of risks, issues, root cause, remediation, controls, etc.
Strong understanding and experience in the following:
Processes, products and services and where they manifest risk in a large financial institution
Knowledge of data defect remediation
Control evaluation and experience with data, data flows and data lineage
Knowledge of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and guidelines at WF is a plus
Ability to inquire, question and verify
Problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to articulate & write issues, risks, and proposed solutions and communicate to various levels of staff and management
Highly motivated and self-starting
