Calculated Hire is in search of a Lead Project Manager for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. The Lead Project Manager will be a part of the Digital Infrastructure Program (DISP), specifically developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as an advocate for the company's vision and business plans across all business groups.

This is a highly experienced program management professional with strong experience in cloud transformation, infrastructure buildout, executive communications, and Agile tools expertise for highly complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Will act as a Business Execution Leader to implement cloud technologies, migrate/modernized LOB applications, and build the required infrastructure in four new data centers to support the company's strategy to move to cloud.
Will also strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership.
This role will also take over responsibilities for a second DISP Program Manager vacancy due to transition away from DISP due to MTL of WXPS.
Helping with Change Delivery demands as they are increasing, helping support new requests (e.g., Always On, Accelerate MIM, CCP, and Cloud).
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Experience working with an agile team.
Project Management Experience
Strong communication skills - able to communicate to all levels of professionals and managers.
Change Management and Delivery
Cloud Technology experience - able to help the company move to cloud and create strategies.
Desired Qualifications
Cloud Certification
Experience with cloud software such as: MIMcloud, Always On and/or CCP etc.
