Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for assisting with accounting operations and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
Reconciliations of cash and transactions.
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Taking on research and analysis for accounting and investments transactions and issues.
Managing and assisting external audits and preparing financial statements and reports for SEC filings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
4-6 years of experience in public accounting or real estate investment management
CPA a plus but not required
Ability to manage recurring processes and monthly/quarterly close
