Rouge Mocap is seeking a motivated and organized Game Production Coordinator to support our team in managing the production process for high-profile AAA video game cinematics. This role will be pivotal in facilitating communication, organization, and accountability across various teams while ensuring smooth operations throughout the production pipeline. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating, estimating, and tracking major milestones and tasks for game cinematics production.
Set up and attend studio meetings, take detailed notes, delegate action items, and schedule follow-up meetings.
Facilitate communication and organization across multiple development teams, ensuring accountability and clarity.
Collaborate with producers and leadership to communicate project status, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks.
Manage schedules, track deliverables, and ensure performance metrics are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead reviews and dailies, providing clear and constructive feedback to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a game production role.
Familiarity with game development processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Ftrack, & Shotgrid.
Knowledge of Google Workspace & Microsoft Office tools (Docs, Sheets, Word, Excel, etc.).
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 / year. Onsite. Full time. Range depends on experience, education, and qualifications.
