Position/Title: Brand Email Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Required Time Commitment (Full Time/Part Time): Full Time, eligible for paid time off (PTO), 401K benefits and medical benefits.
Essential Responsibilities/Job Functions*:

Lead the development of all email marketing campaigns including planning, content, drafting, and execution
Continuously create, update, and monitor journeys and automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Track and report email campaign performance, as well as stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and make data-driven recommendations
Act as primary liaison with agency to streamline the workflow for automated campaigns
Support effective implementation of developed communication strategies and initiatives to improve and elevate the client's brand experience at member offices
Editing and publishing all blog posts to the Client's site including SEO-purpose pieces, as well as patient campaigns
Work closely with Content, Digital and the Channel Marketing teams to ensure communication strategy is executed according to plan and success metrics are achieved
Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Senior Content Marketing Manager on all necessary marketing and communication needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Email Management
At least 5 years of work experience in marketing & communications
Experience with managing campaigns through a CRM system, specifically Sales Force Marketing Cloud
Superb presence and exceptional written/email communication and public speaking skills
Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure
Able to prioritize tasks quickly and solve problems
Equally comfortable in a team as well as an independent atmosphere
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Force
