Role Summary
As Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder, you will drive Yadira's growth strategy, build key partnerships, and expand our reach in the health and wellness industry. Your success will be measured by establishing Yadira as a market leader, achieving growth targets, and ensuring our mission impacts lives.
Responsibilities • Lead Go-to-Market Initiatives: Oversee the launch of Yadira's B2B model, partnering with employers to offer Yadira as a top employee benefit. • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with insurance companies, brokers, HR managers, and other stakeholders to expand Yadira's influence. • Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. • Represent Yadira at Industry Events: Raise awareness at benefits and wellness conferences, enhancing Yadira's brand reputation. • Drive Brand Awareness: Be a vocal advocate for Yadira, utilizing various channels to promote our mission.
Qualifications • Experience: 4+ years in a growth-focused role within a startup, with a proven track record of driving significant growth. • Leadership: Experience in building and leading high-performing teams. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Hands-on, innovative, and driven to build something new. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies to overcome challenges. • Long-term Commitment: A dedication to Yadira's vision and long-term growth. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
