About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at driving growth and brand awareness. You'll be working closely with the leadership team to build out campaigns, manage brand positioning, and develop a narrative that resonates with industry giants already on board, including Google, HSBC, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that accelerates growth across multiple channels.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content, including thought leadership, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Lead efforts around branding, messaging, and positioning to elevate the company's reputation in the tech and social impact spaces.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and earned channels (social media, SEO, email, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create marketing materials that support business development and customer success.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies and media outlets to boost public visibility.

What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing in B2B saas, ideally within a tech or startup environment.
  • Strong track record of building and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • A data-driven approach to measuring success and optimizing performance.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems).
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across global teams.
