Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Client partner/Technical Account Manager. You will have the opportunity to work directly on some of our biggest and most complex accounts. Ideal candidate will build and manage business relationships with our Client accounts with a clear focus on creating a positive client experience and farming existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
• As a Client Partner/Account Manager, you'll work closely with our internal team and our client to understand business and technical requirements and provide best practices and solutions to technical challenges.
• Build strong relationships with client and become their trusted advisor helping them construct technical solutions. Analyze clients' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
• Provide technical support to clients to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Work with key stakeholders and decision makers, Technical Support, Services, Research and our DevOps teams to stay abreast of product enhancements and best practices and find solutions to complex customer challenges.
• With a good understanding of the technical needs of our clients, you'll act as the voice of the customer to our Product Management team.
• Accountable for positioning, selling and delivering new service offerings and solutions to the clients to achieve targeted results.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with software development life cycle.
• Able to grasp clients' needs and suggest timely solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have experience in managing IT engagements with clients in the Financial Services/Capital Markets industry for at least five years.
• Track record of managing and growing accounts
• 5+ years' experience in a technical sales or technical account management role in a SaaS environment • A high degree of curiosity that leads you to naturally ask probing questions, uncover customer needs, and find solutions to novel problems
• Strong relationship building skills
