Job Description:

The primary focus of the International Business Development role is to drive sales and expand our global market presence. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets, with travel to Latin America being a key component of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to drive global sales and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to strengthen TAQA Drilling Solutions' position as a leading oilfield OEM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, oil and gas operators, service companies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with customer needs and the company's product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenues, and achieve growth targets.
  • Represent TAQA Drilling Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the oilfield OEM market.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to internal teams to support product development and strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5 + Years of relative experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish Languages

Skills & Competencies
  • Proven track record in senior business development roles within the oilfield industry, particularly in the OEM sector.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key players in the global oil and gas industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of oilfield equipment, technologies, and services, particularly those related to drilling.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, resulting in significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with an ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The candidate must have legal authorization to work in the USA without the need for sponsorship. This position involves regular travel to customer offices within various field locations and rig sites, including frequent travel to Latin America.
