This position provides exceptional member service through effective supervision of retail employees and day-to-day branch operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
May include any and/or all of the following:
Develop effective employees through training, coaching, evaluating, motivating and goal-setting.
Oversee the daily operations of the office, addressing questions, coaching employees, ensuring compliance to standards and guaranteeing the delivery of superior member service.
Identify and establish goals in line with the strategic initiatives with emphasis on membership, deposit, and loan growth.
Develop and carry out action steps for achieving branch goals.
Propose capital budget items annually.
Review and manage branch controlled expenses (i.e. overtime) to ensure they are within budget and cost effective.
Maintain working vendor relationships for operation of the branch.
Work with managers, business development officers and other personnel to identify and implement strategic initiatives that achieve branch growth, including product promotions, community partner relations, and community involvement.
Foster and maintain effective relationships with local law enforcement.
Prepare daily and monthly reports and conduct regular departmental meetings.
Perform Member Service duties as needed to serve members.
Assist Senior Management with special projects as needed.
Participate in community events as a representative of the organization.
Coordinate schedules to ensure that there is sufficient coverage at all times.
Assist in the coordination of work flow with other departments. i.e. consumer lending, mortgage lending, Contact Center, business services, Credit Resolutions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
