Akkodis is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 12 Months contract position with a client located in Boise, ID 83714 (Hybrid Opportunity). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background or experience in general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks comes as a big plus.

Duration : 12 Months

Pay Range - $21.18 - $27.73/hr on W2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.
  • Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and non- supervisory employees with various administrative support tasks.
  • These tasks may include, but are not limited to, general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks.

Job Description:
  • Providing support to resources within the Print Quality organization.
  • Scheduling meetings, room reservations, travel arrangements, purchasing and expense management.
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing multiple requests.
