WHY THIS JOB: PROJECT ENGINEER
This construction company works on high end unique multi-million dollar residential projects and is looking for a Project Engineer to join its team. Reporting directly to a Project Manager you will help with the success of the project at every step of the way. Communicating with homeowners, site superintendents & management will be key in ensuring high quality for the project is delivered. What You'll Actually Do:
Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, project notes, budget development, contractor estimates, system updates, Etc.
Visit job sites with Project Manager
Help to manage work schedule and supplies needs are ordered
Review/manage mockups, and shop drawings as needed for the construction process
Work with all parties to ensure the project will be ready for a final inspection
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelors in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or direct construction experience in place of a degree
1-2+ years experience
Construction experience - Residential Construction Experience is a Plus!
