If so, we want you on our team at BlackBerry Systems as our Residential Division Project Coordinator In this role, you will manage our residential projects, working with internal staff, field installers and customers to execute and complete our projects. This role works in partnership with the Residential Project Manager.
Responsibilities
While these core responsibilities form the foundation of the position, it's important to note that additional tasks and duties may arise as needed. Here are the primary responsibilities:
Provide project-specific and general support to the project manager, sales reps, and finance team, including tasks related to job costing, billing, and other project specifics.
Schedule job installations and manage project flow on a day to day basis
Order materials for projects and manage shipping and receiving to ensure our field installers have the materials needed to execute installations
Maintain and improve (if needed) job folders, ensuring all necessary documents are organized and up to date..
Assist in new employee safety onboarding processes, including scheduling safety trainings and managing safety training certifications and renewals for commercial employees.
