About the opportunity
They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee $60 to $80 million of construction annually with 6-8 Project Manager's reporting into them. They work on a lot of educational and affordable housing projects ranging from $100,000 to over $30 million.
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the company and will be responsible for supervising and managing the activities of the entire project team. This includes activities such as contract administration, change order management, submittals, procurement, project financial forecasting, and ensuring that all projects are completed with high quality, profitability, safety, and within the designated timeline.

Requirements
Experience with GSFIC (Georgia State Financing & Investment Commission) managed projects is a plus.
Experience in ground up, renovation, structural steel, wood framed and cast in-place concrete construction.
Experience in correctional/detention market is a plus.
Capable of managing multiple projects at once (at various stages).
Capable of managing and mentoring younger project managers & assistant project managers
Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam and basic Microsoft programs
