Responsibilities:
Key Account Management: You'll be the primary contact for key accounts, responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Cost Analysis: Analyze the cost structure of each quotation request, with a keen eye for cost breakdown (CBD). Your independent thinking will be crucial in handling various situations
Contract Management: Take charge of interpreting and assessing risks in customer contracts
Client Engagement: Host meetings with customers, showcasing our company's capabilities and capacities, and engaging in commercial negotiations
New Project Development: Demonstrate initiative in new project development and conduct thorough market analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or a related business field
Requires 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, with a focus on lead generation, quotation and commercial negotiation
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities
Experience in molding/tooling is a plus
Proven track record as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Proficiency in Chinese is required
