Our customer is seeking an exceptional results oriented Customer Service Manager to lead, coach, inspire, a diverse Customer Service Team, this will be an onsite position in Grand Rapids, MI.
Here's what you'll do:
Confirm all purchase orders, inquiries, complaints, returns, and credits are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Assure all product specialists are current with all product categories
Manage customer price holds in collaboration with the Pricing Analyst and Sales Leadership
Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Purchasing teams
Passion and experience to drive change
Responsible for creating and monitoring all customer service metrics per each customer's SLAs
Develop and monitor transactional and performance metrics and plans for improvement
Here's what you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration or related field
5 years plus experience leading a team (preferably a customer service team in a manufacturing setting)
