Job Description:

Our customer is seeking an exceptional results oriented Customer Service Manager to lead, coach, inspire, a diverse Customer Service Team, this will be an onsite position in Grand Rapids, MI.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Confirm all purchase orders, inquiries, complaints, returns, and credits are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assure all product specialists are current with all product categories
  • Manage customer price holds in collaboration with the Pricing Analyst and Sales Leadership
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Purchasing teams
  • Passion and experience to drive change
  • Responsible for creating and monitoring all customer service metrics per each customer's SLAs
  • Develop and monitor transactional and performance metrics and plans for improvement

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years plus experience leading a team (preferably a customer service team in a manufacturing setting)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Order management systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills
