Job Duties
Oversee all aspects of company operations to maximize profitability
Develop and implement strategic plans and operational policies
Manage financial, sales, and operational teams
Ensure product quality and maintain ISO 9001 certification
Lead business development initiatives, including potential M&A activities
Act as primary company spokesperson and build strategic partnerships
Maintain a safe work environment and uphold company values
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
15+ years of executive management experience
Proven track record in P&L responsibility and financial management
Experience in manufacturing operations and sales
Strong communication skills for daily interaction with all employee levels
Ability to travel domestically a few times per month
