Job Description:

12 months + contract with opportunity for extension based on performance and attendance

Department: HR Product Management

Duties: Hybrid role- Local candidates only- Onsite 3x per week

Laptop provided

**Must have a minimum of 1 year of WorkDay experience.**

Job Summary: Under direct supervision, monitors and reviews associate data in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and federal employment requirements. Audits and processes confidential associate information in PeopleSoft HRMS system, maintaining a high degree of data integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Processes associate transactions into the PeopleSoft HRMS system with accuracy and timeliness.

Establishes and maintains electronic employee records.

Collects and audits associate I-9 documents.

Audits and monitors associate data changes.

Analyzes PeopleSoft system testing requirements for scheduled system updates and business practice changes.

Maintains HR-Records related process documentation.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of:

Processing PeopleWorks transactions and understanding the information flow for hires, transactional changes and terminations

I-9 Processing

Basic human resources practices and policies

Skill in:

WorkDay HRMS

Scanning (LaseFiche)

Exit Interview (Nobscot)

Adhering to and administering processes and procedures for efficient and timely work flow Microsoft Office applications

Ability to:

Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Build solid, effective working relationships with others Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels Effectively gather all relevant information Provide a high level of customer service Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and personal data

Keywords:
