Kane Partners is on the search for a Commercial Field Supervisor for a leading commercial supply company in the construction industry - with experience in managing commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.
You'll interact with clients, company leadership, and vendors while coordinating projects on-site. • Plan, direct and coordinate a variety of mechanical construction projects • This includes the responsibility for project estimates, budgeting, cost control, scope management, time management, quality control, and resource allocation • Track progress against milestones and communicate issues • Design solutions that will address and satisfy the mechanical needs of the clients • Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the project • Responsible for management of projects both on and off-site • Overseeing the installation and service crew, ensuring all company policies are adhered to • Understand project and contract scopes; actively pursue growth opportunities that will help the customer achieve desired outcomes • Ability to multi-task, handling of multiple priorities, and meeting of deadlines a must
