The ExeQfind Group is managing a confidential search for an experienced manufacturing operations executive for the role of Director of Operations for our client's multi-site manufacturing business in North America.The successful hire will have the opportunity to reside near one of our client's multiple manufacturing sites located in the Southwestern US, Southeastern US, or Northeastern US.
The Director of Operations will report to the President of a $65M subsidiary of a $1B+ multinational organization. The Director of Operations will lead a staff of five direct reports. He / she will be responsible for the hands-on operational leadership of multiple small to mid-sized facilities across the US. Qualified candidates for this role will have prior hands-on experience in manufacturing operations that evolved through various functional roles such as engineering, supply chain, lean implementation, operations or other areas.
Candidates for this role must have at least 2 years of direct leadership experience for a multi-site manufacturing business.Experience with metal fabrication is highly preferred.
