Your Role as Hotel General Manager:
Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members. Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results.
Exceptional Guest Services: Ensure the hotel is always "Guest Ready" by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and swiftly addressing any guest concerns.
Operational Excellence: Follow brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, and manage budgets to facilitate successful hotel operations.
Community Engagement: Network within the local community to promote the property and build strong relationships with competitive properties, local organizations, and key clients.
Attendance: Responsible for covering employee shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity in the event of unexpected absences.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Valid Driver's License
1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive climbing of stairs.
Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, bending and twisting for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
