Our client is a thriving SNF organization that is seeking a hands on SNF VP of Revenue Cycle! You will oversee multiple Managers across many SNF locations.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:
3+ years of SNF RCM leadership experience.
Very eager to make an impact, and is ready to dig in.
Knows all of the ins and outs for SNF billing.
Strong understanding of SNF billing with all payers.
Experience making an assessment on their team and restructuring it as they see fit.
Has had success in similar roles, is seasoned and knows what they're doing, and can work independently and immediately dive in.
Experience improving RCM processes and increasing collections and decreasing bad debt.
