Position
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the COO, CEO, and President on high-impact projects required to move the company's operational excellence forward.
Compensation
$65,000 - $85,000 USD Annually
Responsibilities (including but not limited to) • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. • Create, modify, and update customer reports using advanced Excel tools (macros, complex formulas, etc.) • Prepare detailed dashboards on operational performance metrics, including KPIs and trend analysis. • Create and manage dynamic customer asset database in Excel • Support other operations projects from start to finish that could involve operating processes, quality, scheduling, remodeling or changing facilities, customer relations, IT integration and other • Support COO, CEO, President, and other c-suite members on ad-hoc high impact projects
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in engineering or finance.
Ability to travel to the Minneapolis - St. Paul area on a need-basis
