Job Summary: Hudspeth is currently seeking an Abatement Supervisor. This position reports to the Division Managers and must have a positive and enthusiastic outlook with a strong ability to multitask. As the Supervisor in Hudspeth's Construction and Environmental Services Division, you'll oversee and coordinate a wide range of projects across Colorado, integrating construction expertise with environmental stewardship. Your role will encompass hands-on leadership, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction crews, overseeing operations across construction, environmental, and demolition projects in Colorado.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, actively participating in project activities while guiding and mentoring your team.
  • Develop work schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables with project specifications and timelines.
  • Enforce safety compliance and accountability among team members, cultivating a culture of responsibility and well-being.
  • Maintain meticulous records of project activities, costs, and achievements, and prepare comprehensive reports as needed.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, proposing innovative solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or requirements.
  • Conduct effective jobsite meetings, communicating project plans, goals, and expectations clearly to your team.
Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction and environmental services, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, safety practices, and construction methods.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination and client interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
