Position Overview We are an industry leader in cutoff wall construction, in-situ stabilization/solidification (ISS), impoundment/landfill closures, sediment removal/treatment, as well as emergency and disaster recovery management, looking for a talented Estimator to join our team. This role will be responsible for estimating project/materials costs, while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate estimations based on project specifications. Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the development of accurate and timely cost estimates.
Helping to develop preliminary construction schedules.
Reviewing project specifications and compiling data for bid proposal estimates.
Collaborating with other estimators, project managers and the executive team.
Preparing RFPs/quote requests for subcontractors and vendors.
Taking part in site visits and project meetings as needed.
Managing assistant estimators.
Qualifications
Bachelors in mechanical, civil, electrical, construction management or related field PREFERRED.
1+ years of construction estimating experience.
Proficiency using P6, CAD, MS Office and HCSS HeavyBid. AGTEK is a plus.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills via email, phone and in-person.
Ability to commute to office and occasional site/field visits.
Environmental Remediation and in-situ stabilization/solidification (ISS) experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000
