Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver third-level technical support, setup, and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV equipment at the Salisbury Corporate Offices.
- Collaborate with the Digital Media Team Manager on project management, vendor coordination, and daily operations.
- Participate in testing next-generation Microsoft Teams Rooms technology in the Evolution Lab and provide recommendations for future solutions.
- Ensure successful installation and support of AV technology for Executive Leadership Team meetings, both on-site and at remote locations.
- Communicate clearly regarding incidents, project updates, and status reports.
- Maintain a high level of individual contribution while working effectively within a team.
- Partner with AV integration firms on large-scale installation projects across multiple office locations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5 years in Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV support for C-level special events.
- 5 years of in-depth technical experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., MS Intune, MS Teams Room Admin Portal).
- 8+ years of experience in AV support (installation, configuration, AV programming).
- 5+ years of experience in project management and team leadership.
- Proven track record in managing and deploying AV and Microsoft Teams Room technologies in a large enterprise environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Crestron or QSYS/QSC systems.
