Overview: • 4-7 years of experience in triage, debug engineering. • Owns the testbed configuration & should know the rack/systems IDs being used for the program's ConVal • Owns approving any change to the ConVal testbed configuration • Own the test plan in ConVal & Adjust test plan being used in ConVal per the communication from the VPL • Ensure the testbed is successfully flashed with the new FW Drop to be tested and that the test plan launches successfully • Reviews triage report from execution & Ensure accuracy - If the report is missing details that can be obtained, the Test Engineer will find those details and augment the report • Identify high hitting issues - Focuses on reproduction of the issue if the ROI to the program is deemed high enough • Aid VPL in report generation for wider communication • Owns all ConVal program racks/system configuration • Implementing the configuration that the Test Engineer desires. • Drive 24-hour disposition of pre-sightings &Drive deeper FA of failures form first level triage report to determine FW Sightings vs NPFs • Help drive NPFs to closure (validate the fix from the script or tools team) • Raise the flag on unassigned NPFs 1 week after being made an NPF • Help identify areas of the PRD that needs clarification
