Our denim fashion client is seeking for a Production Assistant to join their team in Gardena, CA.
This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of $22-28.
Must have experience with production/overseas vendors communication, ,knowledge of lab dips, plus ERP software like full circle!
What you will do:
Organize and process seasonal information to vendors and management through the production process.
Checking in production samples; following up with internal team.
Process lab dips/knit down/strike offs daily with our designers for review.
Evaluate and inspect garments for quality, cross-reference with standards.
Handle send-outs - communicate regularly with vendors and follow-up as needed.
Adhere to production calendar and assist department in achieving all deadline goals.
Issue purchase orders to overseas/domestic suppliers.
Update POs as needed.
Responsible for following up on vendor submits with internal team & factory.
Maintain and organize samples/submits on 3rd floor as well as storage at suite #100. (Log and Box TOPs).
Responsible for passing/shipping TOPs & gifting samples to merch & marketing.
Communicate and then follow up with suppliers on SMS remakes comments.
Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned by management as needed.
