Scott Humphrey has partnered with a subcontractor in the Glass and Glazing space looking for a Field Manager to oversee glass and glazing projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Represent the company in interactions with owners, design consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and schedule activities for field personnel and external partners.
Be responsive and attentive to clients' needs, providing exceptional customer service.
Act as a liaison between office and field staff to ensure seamless communication.
Provide job updates to field teams and management as needed.
Mentor and train field personnel, fostering skill development.
Review and address any concerns in shop drawings prior to scheduling fieldwork.
Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Maintain quality control across all projects under your supervision.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in glazing and construction, strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels internally and externally.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
