The Program Coordinator plans, implements, and oversees all program activities and events for the organization and assists the leadership in development and outreach efforts, including partnership development and communication, resource development, program planning, and report writing.
The ideal candidate has to be enthusiastic about bringing STEM learning to traditionally underrepresented youth, passionate about helping youth succeed, and who brings a strong growth mindset. The ideal candidate is eager to take on challenges and implement change to ensure success, work well in a cross-functional team, and bring a creative approach to solving problems.
