We are seeking a Lab Technician I for a 6-month, on-site contract role focused on a specific improvement project related to freezer inventory in the MSAT lab. This position is designed to enhance the organization and best practices for non-GMP sample storage. Please note that this position will not extend beyond the 6-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
Improve and optimize sample retrieval and storage processes.
Organize freezer signage and overall inventory of existing and incoming samples.
Streamline the inventory management system.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including QC, MSAT, and Manufacturing.
Develop maintenance plans and coordinate maintenance activities.
Respond to alarms and update documentation as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous laboratory or GMP experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
A background in science or laboratory work is preferred.
