My client is looking for a experienced onsite Director of Revenue Cycle candidate in Albuquerque New Mexico. The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. managing and optimizing the financial health of healthcare organizations. This position oversees the entire lifecycle of patient revenue, from initial scheduling and registration to the final payment of a balance.
Responsibilities
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of healthcare billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
Knowledge of state and federal regulations
Knowledge of modern health care administration practices and principles
Knowledge of general accounting principles
Experience with medical third-party billing and payment and regulations management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts and build teams
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Masters degree
5+ years' experience in management
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
