This is a full-time hybrid role for a Concrete Estimator at JC Contracting located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Concrete Estimator will be responsible for estimating materials, labor, and costs for concrete construction projects. The role will involve reviewing project plans, conducting on-site visits, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of concrete construction and estimation techniques
Experience in reviewing project plans and specifications
Ability to perform on-site visits and measurements
Proficiency in using estimation software and tools PROCORE is Perferred.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
