This Construction Scheduler will play a key role in the planning and schedule management of construction projects. Utilizing Microsoft Project and working closely with project teams, trade partners, and consultants, you will be responsible for developing, baselining, and efficiently updating project schedules.

Job Title: Construction Scheduler
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Microsoft Project to create, maintain, and update comprehensive project timelines.
Prepare and review schedules during different project phases to ensure they meet all client requirements.
Work closely with external scheduling consultants and internal teams to manage deadlines and implement updates efficiently.
Compile narratives focusing on production and budget, leveraging insights from project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams.
Attend schedule review meetings with internal teams and clients, documenting detailed minutes and action items.
Support the development of RFPs and proposal schedules during preconstruction and bidding stages.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling, project coordination, or as an assistant superintendent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project is mandatory.
Ability to interpret construction plans and develop detailed schedules accordingly.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
