- 5 to 7 years of experience directly related to the environmental compliance space from the food or beverage industry
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field. Combination of associate degree and directly related environmental compliance experience may be considered. Other technical degrees and/or experience combinations may also be considered
- 3+ years experience with: WasteWater, Stormwater, Waste Management and GHG emissions

- Wastewater discharge permit compliance in Washington State

Day to Day:
An Insight Global client is looking for an Environmental Manager who will be responsible for leading environmental regulatory compliance and best management practices (at the plant level) through the implementation of a new Environmental Management System (EMS) at various plants in Sunnyside and Pasco, WA. This position will work closely with the Senior Site Directors on the overall coordination and implementation of environmental programs to assure compliance with various regulatory requirements and expectations, including general environmental policies. This includes wastewater compliance, stormwater compliance, waste management and GHG emission programs. This position is also expected to effectively respond to environmental incidents and operational upsets when needed.
