POSITION SUMMAR

Y: The Organizational Change Management Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance to and maximize user adoption of applications. This individual will apply change management best practices and proven, structured methodologies to continuously assess areas that require change management interventions, such as change readiness assessments, change strategy formulation, sponsorship development, stakeholder engagement, communication planning and execution, and training development and delive

  • nge.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and user impact to tailor change management activit
  • ies.Design and deliver engaging user education, including training materials, tutorials, webinars, job aids, and FAQs to foster user competence and confide
  • nce.Lead effective communications that clearly articulate the change, the rationale behind it, and the benefits to the user. Leading communications includes creating the deliverab
  • les.Create feedback mechanisms to gauge user sentiment, usage patterns, and areas for improvem

  • tions Bachelor's degree in business, organization development, or related
  • field.At least 5-7 years of experience working in a technology professional services, product, or consulting environment. Experience working in client-facing roles is a
  • must.Change management certification in a best practice change methodology is required; Prosci/ADKAR is preferred. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and
  • tools.Proven history of developing and implementing successful change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and business readiness in support of enterprise-level process improvement or technology implementation (e.g., Salesf
  • orce).Demonstrated success in planning and executing organizational change strategies, communications programs, training programs and materials, and performance me
  • trics.Detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter who advises on most effective strategies to successfully manage c
