JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician Coordinator/ Project Coordinator for a large healthcare company in Orange, CA. The Desktop Support Technician Supervisor / Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the current team of field service techs, managing projects, coordinating other teammates and allocating for projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong Experience with Coordinating / Managing a team of Desktop Support Technicians

- Project Coordination Experience

- 6+ years of experience within an IT helpdesk / Desktop Support Technician role

- 6+ years of experience supporting a Windows environment

- 6+ years of experience with a ticketing systems

- Enterprise Experience

- 5+ years of experience within a Hospital Environment

- Covid-19 Vaccine and Booster

- Flu Shot / Open to wearing a mask during flu season

- Valid Driver's License

- High School diploma

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong communication skills

- A+, N+, S+, or CCNA Certification

- ServiceNow Experience
