Role Description

Meucci is seeking a passionate, self starter for the role of Program Manager for an ongoing program focused on statewide digital/technology skilling and workforce development. This Program Manager will provide critical support to managing on-going projects and activities. The Program Manager will act as a liasion between government officials, the grantee and other program stakeholders. The Program Manager will also be responsible for supporting project design and related implementation activities and reporting. This person will oversee and coordinate project deliverables. Please note that this is a contract role to be based in Wisconsin. Eligible candidates must be based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in project management, program development
  • Experience leading human centered design projects
  • Digital development/technology skilling and workforce developmnent
  • Experience leading state government and community level stakeholder relations
  • Experience managing M&E systems
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Risk management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in EdTech, government funded programs/projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills. Candidate will be asked to demonstrate
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
