We are seeking Director of Merchandising for Kids North America who will lead the digital merchandising function, driving strategy, accountability, and business health across the kids' portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering consumer-right assortments, optimizing in-season business performance, and ensuring the alignment of product and brand priorities. The position manages a team of 5-6, focusing on strategy execution and meeting Direct business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the digital product strategy and assortment for future seasons.
Optimize current sales through effective buy, trade, and read-and-react strategies.
Lead weekly and monthly business reviews and provide in-season insights.
Influence digital marketing and cross-functional teams to reflect gender business performance and opportunities.
Collaborate with DSM and Geo Merchandising teams to drive a multi-season strategy.
Manage excess inventory and optimize promotional levers.
Skills Required:
Strong background in digital merchandising, retail buying, and trading.
Expertise in product strategy, consumer insights, and multi-season planning.
Ability to lead a team towards tangible business goals and KPIs.
