Job Overview: This role will drive multiple cancer programs from development candidate through clinical trials. The role requires experience with regulatory agencies and submissions as well as KOL interaction. It is a fantastic hybrid combination of strategy and operations in a visible cross-functional role across the organization.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Spearhead the development of molecules from preclinical to clinical stages in collaboration with R&D leaders.
Create translational strategies for patient selection and early clinical assessment.
Direct a multidisciplinary team to align project goals across multiple departments.
Coordinate with regulatory consultants for successful agency submissions and approvals.
Engage with clinical KOLs to enhance understanding and support patient recruitment.
Primary Job Requirements:
PhD, MD, or PharmD with specialization in immuno-oncology and expertise in protein therapeutics.
Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience in biotech or pharma, with active involvement in both preclinical and clinical development phases.
Experienced in regulatory submissions and interactions, specifically with INDs/CTAs.
Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, adept at managing complex projects under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
