Insight Global is seeking an experienced Litigation Case Assistant to join the litigation team of our client, a leading personal injury law firm in Burbank, CA. We are looking for someone with experience with medical records and medical billing records. The daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following: Assisting litigation assistants and paralegals with on-demand tasks. Updating case files in the legal case management system. Updating case files before appearances. Organizing medical records and bills. Creating and updating medical record summaries. Creating medical billing summaries. Updating missing information in client's files.
1+ years experience working in a Personal Injury Law
Bachelor's degree or higher
Familiarity with reading and understanding medical records and medical billing records
Highly prefer someone bilingual in Spanish and English
Familiarity with health insurance subrogation
Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
Highly organized and detail oriented
This is a permanent direct hire opportunity
