Operate in a multi-functional role within the Warehouse Management System team, operating both in a support and an enhancement capacity for our Warehouse Management System and Warehouse Control Systems. The role will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive approaches as the primary point of support for a distribution center. The role actively improves the necessary monitoring of WMS systems to ensure that any problems are forecasted prior to impacting operations. The role will have active ownership in enhancement activities such as leading project management meetings, training sessions, and testing sessions. This role would be expected to mentor and train other employees on the best support practices for the warehouse systems.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for all support and operational issues for assigned facilities
Partner with SaaS vendor and internal IT operations team to ensure proper application and overall system performance
Collaborate with business operations to analyze any requests and craft solutions for system improvements
Provide technical coordination and execution on small and medium sized projects
Generate, Perform and report on application testing for new system improvements
Build and execute on training plan for new system improvements
Perform and validate system updates

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or 7+ years in enterprise application administration
3+ Years in administrative role of WMS, WCS or comparable supply chain applications
Project Management experience including Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
Experience in Business Requirements elicitation and business analysis
Understanding of basic accounting, business, and wholesale distribution principles
Experience supporting Korber or HighJump Warehouse Advantage
