Our client is a wealth management firm who's currently looking to hire an Advisor/CFP. No transferrable book of business is required for this role. We need someone with an active CFP, clean U4, and strong experience helping to manage the day in/out issues that arise from working with a quickly expanding book of business in wealth management. Our client has a team of around 20 professionals that is growing quickly, with a very healthy book of business, and is looking to add some more bandwidth for client/AUM management.

Advisor (El Segundo):
Must have an active CFP and a clean U4
Must have excellent communication/presentation skills
This role will have some hybrid work potential, but must be within commutable distance
Must have experience with direct AUM/client management
Series 7 required (unless you're working at an RIA)
Must have a clean U4 (no disclosures)
Opportunities for growth and development in a number of directions are available (financial planning director, client management, lead advisor/production, etc.)
Salary range is likely to be around $150k-$190k all in + benefits, PTO, etc
