Duties:
Support client relationships.
Respond to and research customer issues and inquiries.
Provide support to team as needed.
Share and research information regarding policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
1+ years' work experience in a banking environment with exposure to Wealth Management.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make strategic recommendations.
Ability to work overtime as it may be required to support business needs.
