The Brand Coordinator, butter London & Aloette, roleat Astral Health & Beauty plays a pivotal part in supporting brand initiatives, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of brand projects and initiatives. The Brand Coordinator will report directly to the butter LONDON Brand Manager. This is a hybrid role requiring three consistent in-office days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Support:
Assist the team in executing the brand's marketing plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand initiatives are on track.
Marketing and Promotions:
Work with team to maintain and execute the marketing calendar.
Coordinate the development of promotional materials and assist with campaign execution.
Product Portfolio Assistance:
Support the team in managing the product portfolio, including product launches and promotions.
Monitor product performance and assist in data analysis to make informed decisions.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative tasks related to brand management.
Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on market findings.
Brand Identity and Creative Coordination:
Assist in maintaining the brand's visual identity and creative direction.
Coordinate with design and creative teams to ensure consistency in brand representation.
Distribution Support:
Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to support brand presence and growth.
Assist in communication and coordination with partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles with the health and beauty industry is preferred.
Proficient in market research, trend analysis, and strategic planning, with a keen eye for consumer behavior.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and a passion for the health and beauty industry.
